M4A1 SOPMOD Block 3
The M4 carbine was developed by the Colt company on request from the US Armed forces, as a shortened version of a the M16A2 rifle. It is one of the most popular rifles and the first pick for many special operations forces operators. The M4 has been adopted by over 60 countries worldwide and has been described as "one of the defining firearms of the 21st century." The Special Operations Peculiar MODification (SOPMOD) kit is an accessory system used by United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) special forces units. The kit allows US Special Operations Forces personnel to configure their weapons to individual preferences and customize for different mission requirements.

About Resin
Ordinary plastic modelling glue is not suitable for resin. The best glue to use is a quality Super Glue (Cyanoacrylate), Gorilla Glue (Micro Precise) or Resin Epoxy Glue.
Resin cures in UV light, continual exposure to UV light will the resin more brittle, Due the nature of curing resin, some smaller parts will be more brittle and some of the larger parts slightly softer (hardly noticeable). There is also the slight possibility of fine layer lines showing, but these are hard to see with the naked eye.
This model is made of resin and therefore not suitable for young children or animals.
